Iceland's Hidden Gems
The real way to see this fascinating country is to hire a car which gives you the freedom to get around at your own pace and time. Some of the places I visited are off the tourist trail which I found much more rewarding. Working with a bag full of equipment and tripod requires concentration and patients. There’s nothing worse than spending a load of time setting up your camera only to be invaded by a bunch of tourists who aren’t interested in staying out of the shot. That aside, there’s plenty of room in this country to get the shots you want and be apart of the tourist trade. I spent 8 days traveling around the West side of the country, visiting points of interest which I researched on YouTube before arriving in Iceland. This was a good way of maximising my time and getting to where I needed to go. The results were rewarding (I hope you agree). I’ll let the images do the talking.
